We keep volume as simple as possible at Chatsie. Check the back of your phone for the yellow sticker which indicates where your volume buttons are.

The master volume is controlled by the two protruding buttons on the side of the phone. If you turn up the volume or turn it down at any time, it will change the volume for everything, including calls.

If a call is too quiet while you are on the phone, repeatedly press the top button on the side of the phone to increase the volume.

If notifications are too loud, turn them down using the side volume buttons in he same way. Just be aware that will decrease the volume of your calls if one comes in later.

Keeping your volume in one place, rather than in various, hard-to-find, complicated settings, keeps things simple and accessible at all times with the push of a button. Get familiar with the volume controls and use them regularly.
