Accessibility

We've used easy to understand text prompts instead of icons. Meaning Chatsie can be used by people who lack confidence and experience with modern technology.

Easy Usability

The menu is logically divided and easily scrollable in 4 clear sections: calls, messages, shortcuts (includes apps), and other (includes settings)

Remote Support

Chatsie mobile phones can be safely accessed by a loved one or carer from their laptop or phone. They can help you without being in the same room.

Who We Are

Our mission is to ensure older people are not left behind. To make sure they’re connected, engaged, and included in modern society. Chatsie phones are designed to simplify the digital experience - to give confidence to senior citizens and their families.

George Bevis
Founder & Chairman

I'm building Chatsie for my mother. It isn't fair that older people are being forgotten when technical products are designed.

Romanie Thomas
CEO

My grandma is suspicious of phones, but she loves her family. Can we find a way to connect us all in a way that works for her?

Our Story

Chatsie’s Founder, George, observed his mother struggling with an iPhone and he realised that none of the popular smartphones are specifically designed for senior citizens. This has pretty serious consequences, where older people are simply forgotten about.

So much of modern communication is digital. Even services like banking are now app based. If we don't design products specifically with older people in mind, they won't be able to participate in society properly, nor stay independent with the dignity they deserve.

Our mission is to ensure older people are not left behind. To make sure they’re connected, engaged, and included in modern society. Chatsie phones are designed to simplify the digital experience - to give confidence to senior citizens and their families.

FAQs

Here are some FAQs about the Chatsie Ambassador Scheme.

What is the Chatsie Ambassador Scheme (CAS)?

The Chatsie Ambassador Scheme is a program designed to engage Carers as ambassadors for Chatsie smartphones. By introducing our phone to older people in their care, Carers can earn bonuses while helping their clients stay connected and empowered.

Who can join the Chatsie Ambassador Scheme?

Any Carer in the UK who works with older adults can apply. You’ll need to sign up, agree to the terms, and complete a short tutorial on how to use the Chatsie phone before you start making introductions.

How does the Chatsie Ambassador Scheme work?

After signing up and completing a short tutorial, Carers can use their Chatsie link to introduce our phones to their clients. Each successful introduction can earn bonuses, which happens automatically.

Why was this scheme created?

We created CAS to help more people access simple smartphones. Carers have direct access to the type of person we’re trying to help - this scheme allows them to earn extra income while supporting Chatsie’s mission.

How do I sign up for the Chatsie Ambassador Scheme?

You can sign up directly on our website. The application process involves agreeing to our terms of engagement, doing some simple vetting, and completing a brief tutorial on using Chatsie phones.

What bonuses can I earn, and how are they paid?

Bonuses are earned for each successful introduction (£50) you make. Payments are processed monthly, directly to your bank account. This triggers when the person you referred becomes a customer (after their 30 day trial).

How does Chatsie ensure transparency about the bonuses to potential customers?

Carers are encouraged to disclose their participation in the program and the possibility of earning a bonus as part of ethical best practices.

How are Carers vetted for the Chatsie Ambassador Scheme?

Chatsie conducts a basic vetting process to ensure that Carers meet our program standards and are aligned with our mission. We prioritise maintaining a trusted community of ambassadors.

How will Chatsie support Carers in this scheme?

Chatsie provides Carers with access to a dedicated support team, as well as resources and tutorials, to ensure you are fully comfortable using and demonstrating the Chatsie phone to customers.

Are there any costs involved for Carers joining the scheme?

No, there are no costs to join the Chatsie Ambassador Scheme. We only ask that you complete the tutorial so that you’re fully equipped to introduce the product effectively.

Is this scheme available to Carers outside of the UK?

Currently, the Chatsie Ambassador Scheme is available only to Carers in the UK.

How can I provide feedback or suggestions for the Chatsie Ambassador Scheme?

We value feedback and are always looking to improve. You can send feedback by emailing: hello@chatsie.com.
