What is the criteria to becoming a Chatsie partner?
You must be a UK registered company or charity. You will have access to a relevant audience (primarily senior citizens).You have some digital presence (website, email distribution list). How much can we expect to receive in revenue per member?
We have structured this as a revenue share: 20% over a 24 month period.
How will we be paid?
Every month, you will receive a payment from us that will reconcile to a document outlining which member the revenue is attributable to.
Do I tell my members that we will financially benefit too?
We would advise, yes. This is a win-win situation where they receive 10% off for being part of your membership, and you receive 20% for introducing us to your community.
How can you afford to give such a hefty discount?
We make a significantly reduced profit on partnership subscriptions. Why is this channel attractive to us in which case?
Unlike a pure consumer model, we can take an (educated) guess that this audience is going to be highly relevant and really benefit from what we’re offering. That’s quite different to mass digital advertising for example which probably costs less on a per person basis, but one has to spend an awful lot more to get to that point.
We built the initial version of Chatsie by developing relationships with local communities and grassroots organisation. We think they should benefit here and we think this is a win-win setup to make sure they do.
What is the process to becoming an approved Chatsie partner?
1. When you hit “apply” you will have the option to book a call with us after submitting a short application.
2. We’ll explore the criteria fit and advise if we need to do further checks (generally we don’t need to do this).
3. You will receive marketing assets and simple legals so you have all the information you need.
How do I market Chatsie to my community?
Once you’re established as a Chatsie partner, we’ll work out a bespoke approach with you. Some might go for a light-touch newsletter, directing their community to a specific website landing page. Others prefer a more involved campaign. Either way, we are on hand to help here.
How much will a Chatsie subscription cost for our members?
A normal Chatsie subscription is £19 p/m but partner members enjoy a discount to £17.10.
Chatsie is a phone provider. We supply our customers with the following over a 24 month contract:
- A new Android 14 handset, 6.8” screen, 256GB
- A screen protector and black phone case
- Unlimited UK callsUnlimited UK text messages
- 4GB of data

We will always guarantee customers a high quality working phone. They are entitled to two replacement handsets during a 24 month period if their phone is lost or stolen.
Do we deal with customer support for our members?
Absolutely not. We will handle everything. You just help us make the introductions and we will do the rest.
What happens if someone changes their mind and comes to us to sort it out?
Direct them straight to us - our UK phone customer support is excellent and we’ll make sure we meet their needs ASAP.
