Yes you can! For transferring photos onto your Chatsie device, it depends on what type of device your old phone was.
Chatsie phones are built on Android. If you used an Android phone as your old device, you likely are already using "Google Photos" to store your photos. If you log in to the Photo's app on your Chatsie phone (check out the link below to find out how to add apps), and then log in using your Google account the same as on your old phone, your photos will transfer over.
Find the "Photos" app on your Chatsie device, and tap the "+" icon at towards the top right of the screen. Tap "Import from other places" at the bottom. Tap "iCloud" on "Transfer from photo collections" and log in with your iCloud account you used on your old phone. You may need to set up an iCloud account on your old phone to transfer the photos.
