Are you buying a Chatsie phone to help a friend or family member keep in touch? We understand that this can be difficult so are on hand to help at any point. We have a blog which can help - read it here. -but in summary:
- Make sure you put in YOUR email address in the contact information section
- Put YOUR details in the billing section
- Put THEIR details in the delivery section
- Reply to the purchase confirmation email with the following:
- Their full name and relationship to you (helps us to double check we’re getting it to the right person)
- Their full postal address (again, we’ll double check this)
- A personal note if you’d like one included
The recipient will then receive the phone with your note (if applicable) and no receipt / price details so it very much feels like a “gift”.
