If you are uncertain about how to do something on your phone, you can get help from a friend or family member remotely from any web browser.

There are two options.

1. They can help you in-person with the device.
2. They can help you remotely via manage.chatsie.com. They can help you change your saved number, as well as some other settings.

To access manage.chatsie.com follow these steps:

1. On the main Menu, scroll down and tap “Other options”.

2. Tap “Get help”.

3. Tap “Generate code” to view a temporary access code.

4. Now tell the person helping you to visit Chatsie’s website at web.chatsie.com/manage and enter the access code. They will then be able to access various options to help you with your device.
